The service
VIP AI Agents is a fully managed multi-agent service. We operate the infrastructure, agents and coordination layer, and you receive results and status. The scope of your service, including which workflows are covered, is set out in a written agreement between you and us.
Fees
The service is currently offered for a one-time setup fee of $2,000 and a monthly fee of $2,500. Your written agreement sets out the fees that apply to you, how they are billed, and how the service can be ended.
Approvals
Some actions are set up to wait for your approval. When you approve an action, you are responsible for that decision.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Make sure you have the right to share the information and give the access you provide to us.
- Review the results and status we send you.
Limits of AI
AI agents can make mistakes. That is one reason approval steps are part of the service. We do not guarantee any particular business result.
Our materials
The content and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the service. Your written agreement may set out further terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
