This page explains what information VIP AI Agents collects, how we use it, who handles it, and the choices you have. VIP AI Agents is a service of Block Surety LLC (“we”, “us”).

Who we are
VIP AI Agents is a service of Block Surety LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Information we collect
We collect information in these ways:
- Information you give us. When you send the form on our Get Started page, we receive your name, email address, business name and industry or sector, and anything else you choose to enter: your phone number and website (both optional), the areas where work piles up for you, and your description of how your work flows. If you contact us in another way, we receive what you send.
- Information about your business. If you become a client, you will share information, and give access to accounts or systems, so we can set up and run your agents.
- Technical information saved with a form request. With each request, we save the date and time, your browser’s identifying text (its user agent) and a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address. We do not save your IP address itself with your request. We use the hashed version to limit how many requests one connection can send and to spot automated submissions. The form also has hidden spam checks that do not save anything.
- Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts this site records routine details of each visit in its access logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type.
Cookies, tracking and the chat
This website does not set cookies in your browser. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or other third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from this site. The chat on this site runs in your browser and answers from the content of this site. It does not store what you type and it does not send it anywhere. Please do not type sensitive information into the chat. Use the Get Started form for anything you want us to see.
How we use information
- To read and answer your request, and to follow up with you about it by email or, if you gave a number, by phone.
- To set up, run, monitor and maintain the service for clients.
- To operate, secure and maintain this website, including blocking spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
If we send you marketing email, it will include our postal address and a way to opt out, and we will honor opt-out requests as the law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website and the service, and where the law requires it. We ask the providers we use to handle information only for those purposes. For this website, the providers involved are:
- Website hosting. The website runs on a virtual server on Vultr’s infrastructure, which we manage through xCloud, a server management service. Saved requests are kept in the website’s database on that server.
- Email. Our email is with Proton. The website sends each request to our Proton mailbox through Proton’s mail server, and Proton also handles the messages you send us directly and our replies.
Where we keep information and for how long
When you send the form, the website saves your request in its database first and then emails it to us, so a request is not lost if an email fails. If the email fails, the website tries again every hour for about three days. The website’s email tool also keeps a log of these notification emails, including their text, for 14 days.
We have not set an automatic deletion period for saved requests. We keep a request for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete it. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Emails stay in our mailbox until we delete them.
We also make backups of the website’s files and database, which include saved requests. We have not set a fixed period for how long backup copies are kept.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us through our Get Started page. You can also email hello@vipaiagents.com. We may ask you to confirm it is you, for example by replying from the email address you used. We will review your request and respond as the law requires.
If you ask us to delete a request, we will delete it from the website’s database and from our mailbox, unless the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups, and copies held by providers such as Proton, may remain until those copies are deleted in the normal course, so we cannot promise that every trace disappears at once.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as the right to know, correct or delete personal information. You can use the same method for any request. To stop marketing email from us, tell us through the Get Started page or by replying to the email.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you send through the form is protected on its way to us. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this page
We may update this page from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
